Films - Day 12
This is day 12 of the challenge - A story a day, keeps the boredom away. Each day I'll try to reach my goal of 500 words a day. Today I'll be writing about my day and about Films and how I feel about them.
In the morning, I woke up pretty late. It was 7:40 when I woke up but yet I was still able to arrive to school on time. It may have been almost to the time where the gates closed, but nevertheless, we got there on time and I decided to talk to my friend while we waited outside, ready to go in.
When we got into the building, we got into the classroom, and I talked to my friend while we waited to go to our first lesson. In the first lesson, I went to go to it, and it was a computer lesson. I decided to sit down next to my friend, and we wore headphones so we can do the work and listen to music. This was the really nice and chill teacher that everyone respected and loved, and he allowed us to play games after we had finished the task that he had provided us to do.
For this lesson, our task was to research two engineers of our choice and make a detailed autobiography about that and to put as much detail in their life as possible. This included childhood, teenager, adult and their current status with their businesses.
This was pretty easy, and it was fun to play with my friend and we headed off to break and then to our next lesson. Our next lesson was Spanish, and we would be doing a boring but alright lesson. We would be watching a Spanish film about a special day and a bet between which boy will get the woman - so whoever can marry her first - will win the bet. The good thing was that there was no task to do
For our next lesson, it was Spanish. This was the most fun lesson of the day. The teacher allowed us to do fun tasks and activities with paper. Like whom can fit their body through a A5 paper with a special technique and who can build the biggest and highest tower with just a single A4 paper. It was a really fun lesson, and everyone enjoyed it. Then we had lunch.
We ate lunch and it was good and fun eating and talking, and we headed off to form, which we were locked out and we had to do in the breakout room, and we went to our next lesson.
For English, we had to watch a film and I started wondering, what was the main point of films and what is the source of entertainment from these films? We had to write down some points while watching the film and it was alright.
For the last lesson, it was math, and it was for our end of year test and it was our last one and it was a calculator paper.
So, about Films, what is the main point of films and how are people entertained from these?
I believe that Films have a main point or a main goal at the end. This goal can be seen in the start of the movie or in the middle of the movie or film. If a film doesn't have this, I don't see a point. If there is a point of the movie, but this point is useless or lack in the movie itself, I don't see a point. For a film to be entertaining, they have to keep the viewers hooked, like you're fishing for people to watch your film but your bait only some fishes like.
I do find some films entertaining and I see why some people find some movies interesting now by changing my logic and my perspective on them. Thanks for reading.
