Friday - Day 14

This is day 14 of the challenge - A story a day, keeps the boredom away. Each day I'll try to reach my goal of 500 words a day. Today I'll be writing about my day and how my usual Friday goes.

This morning, I was really confused what day it was because, the time has passed so fast, I've literally forgotten what day it was. I did my regular routine, woke up, ran out the door, got my breakfast done, and now it's time for the fun. Washed up, went into the shower; went out with all of my power. Changed clothes, not trying to get expose. After that, I went onto my bike and said goodbye to my parents and set off to school.

Once I arrived at school, we were actually really early to school, well earlier than usual. We usually arrive at 8:27, when the gate is about to close, but today we arrived at 8:22, which none of my friends are in because they come later. Anyways, I stayed with my brother for a bit till I went into my line to wait for my friends.

A bit later, I found one of my friends and I started talking to him and soon we went in the building, and we soon went into our first lesson as it was Friday, so the school ends earlier than usual - On a regular day it ends at 3:05, but on Fridays, it ends at 2:45.

We went into our first lesson, and it was science. Pretty lately, our science teacher has been really chill and cool. He allowed us to do practical lessons and to have fun pretty much. For this lesson, he gave us one A4 paper sheet and we had to make the strongest chair out of it. A chair is defined as a platform that is elevated from the floor using stools 1 or more. Our chair was able to withstand 15 books from the teacher, until he destroyed it using the palm of his hand. Then another student came and put 28 books onto his until it broke. So, ours wasn't the strongest but at least I got to tell it in front of my friend because his only lasted a few marbles, which weighs less than a book.

Our next lesson was art. Art was an alright lesson because it was just drawing and talking to each other, so it wasn't that fun but again it's better than having to do actual work and having to do actual stuff. For me, I drew a burger and a cupcake during that lesson. Other people drew complex octopuses or kites and more. My friends drew the Mcdonald Combo meal that you would find on sale.

Our next lesson was the most fun lesson during that day. It was math and the teacher allowed us to go onto computers and let us play any game we want. Me and my best friend decided to sit down next to each other and play some rooftop sniper game and then play a make money game where you can simulate clicking for money and going to a casino and spending that in game money by rolling and making profit. The game is based on luck, and we had alot of fun playing that game and betting it all in.

Then after that, we had form, but that was boring, so let's skip to lunch. During lunch, we talked alot and then during the end of lunch, my friend offered me his hotdog, but when I took a bite, it tasted a bit weird. So, I put it in my pocket and went up to my more intelligent Muslim friend and told him, are the hotdogs halal? He responded with no, they are pork, so I instantly apologised to my God, and threw away the hotdog because I didn't know. Anyways, after that, we walked to our next lesson together as we both had Computer science next 

Unfortunately, our seats were separated, and I got the worst seat out of the whole class, and it was boring. Basically, the teacher set us some tasks to do, and it was just Typing.com and some code.org stuff, like Minecraft which was boring as well but at least it was better than having to do work. I can't really complain as the next lesson was a bit boring and we had to do work, it was English.

I walked to English and the teacher hadn't arrived yet and so everyone was talking to each other, throwing stuff and having fun and then my friend arrived. My friend pen exploded and so ink was everywhere in his pocket. When the teacher came, he told the teacher, and he went to the medical area. Once then, we had to do work on a film that we just watched and we had to either make up a new ending of that film, change a dialogue, make a poem, or make a newspaper or article about the film character. Me and my best friend made an article as it was the easiest and the most fun as we could design it whatever we wanted to.

We decided to draw some funny characters in the front of the paper as evidence and talked throughout the class. Till the end of lesson came and we exited and said our goodbyes, I went to the bike stand with my brother and we rode the way back home.

Personally, Fridays are the best days of the week, well the best days of the weekend at least. It is currently nearly midnight - 23:58 to be exact - and so I have to finish this up quickly. What is your favourite day of the week? Mine is Saturday, then Friday. Thanks for reading.
