Miserable

Miserable - Day 18

This is day 18 of the challenge - A story a day, keeps the boredom away. Each day I'll try to reach my goal of 500 words a day. Today I'll be writing my day and why I felt miserable after school.

Today was a bit of a roller coaster, it was a day that was supposedly filled with fun stuff, yet I felt miserable in the inside as there wasn't much "fun" to it.

I did my usual routine, yet I felt a bit down today and didn't really feel like I was in the mood to go to school. Yet it's important for my education and future, so I forced myself up, ate breakfast, showered, changed, got prepared and set bye to my parents and set off to school with my brother.

Once I arrived at school, and one of my friends was there, and I talked to them while locking my bike at the bike stand. We decided to talk about PCs and how he said he was looking for a good upgrade and what I could recommend him. Once then, I entered the gate area and took a bagel from one of the teachers as an extra energy boost for the morning as I didn't have much to eat for breakfast. Then after that, I got into my line, and I talked to my other friends, and we walked in.

First lesson was P.E and we were happy but then we realised that it had just rained last night, and it was most likely that we were going to have a fitness week - a gym lesson - or a computer room. Once I arrived at the changing room, the teacher said that we would be going to the gym, so it was sort of boring, but it was really fun as the people in my class are really funny and fun to talk to and play with.

Then we had break and so I just got a fruit and went outside with my brother to get a break and some fresh air. During that break, I got confronted by the head teacher of year 8 and it was about the extra class scholar, and she told me, why aren't you doing it, and I said that I didn't want to, and I wasn't ready for it, mainly because I was lazy.

Next lesson was math, and we just did a quiz which was fun, but we did horrible, and I didn't even know most of them, only the movie and the euros. At the end, we did 2nd to worst, so at least we didn't do the worst during the quiz as the teacher read out the people team names at the end.

After that, I had geography and we had a film lesson because the teacher said that she just wanted to do something calm for the rest of the lesson and so some people grouped up and just played uno, while me and my other best decided to play around with paper, and we just had fun making origami. Looking back at it, it looked kind of sad seeing two classmates just together, playing with paper, folding it and making stuff with it.

After that, we ran to the lunch cafeteria and I ate with my friends, we talked a bit, till it got a bit out of hand on what they were saying. They started saying some outrageous stuff and so, I packed up, went outside, and met up with my usual friends.

After that, we had form, then onto my next lesson Music. For Music, we went onto the computers to do Kahoot on certain categories that the students chosen to be rolled on the wheel. It was actually pretty fun and alright to do as some of the questions and categories we had no idea about.

Then after that lesson, for English, the teacher told us that if we had an ice cream pass, we could leave the lesson at 2:15pm to the other side of the P.E area and we could get ice cream and chill at the park till leaving time. I actually got given a pass and it was supposed to be a good time, but the line WAS MASSIVE. It took a good 20 minutes just to get my ice cream from the massive line and line cutters that didn't want to wait.

After the wait and I got my ice cream, I went to my friend but none of my good friends, well actually some but not the really good ones. We talked and messed around, it was all good fun and good talk. We all had a laugh but the one that blew this out the park was that one of my friends had called his mom and one of our friends went up and complimented his mom using Spanish and she complimented him back.

Today can seem that it was mainly a good and fun day, yet in my mind, the day was actually sort of miserable as after school, I felt a massive drawback as I wasn't with my friends anymore and I just felt miserable after that.

I felt bored, lazy, unmotivated, nothing to do, as I wasn't with my friend and so I just played football with my brother for the time being, mowed the lawn, played more football, played a bit of Roblox, and now I'm here, typing my day out, still miserable and bored, at 10:58pm. Thanks for reading.
